ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

18 YEARS OR OLDER FOR BOTH MEN & WOMEN

 Age Requirement:

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for our program. This requirement ensures that participants are legally adults and able to fully engage with the services and support we provide, fostering a focused and responsible approach to personal growth and recovery.


SUBSTANCE ABUSE DISORDER, MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS

 Dual Diagnosis Requirement:

Our program is designed to support individuals with a dual diagnosis, meaning those who are managing both mental health and substance use disorders. Applicants must be willing to engage in treatment for both conditions simultaneously. We offer comprehensive support, including therapy and rehabilitation service with third-party professional to help individuals address their unique challenges and work toward recovery, stability, and improved well-being.

INDEPENDENT LIVING

 Independence Requirement:

Applicants must demonstrate the ability and willingness to work toward greater independence. This includes the capacity to manage daily responsibilities, such as personal hygiene, maintaining a safe living environment. Our program is designed to support individuals in building the skills necessary for self-sufficiency and long-term stability, encouraging personal growth and independence throughout the process.

SOBER & HEALTHY LIVING

 Sober and Healthy Living Requirement:

To participate in our program, applicants must commit to maintaining a sober and healthy lifestyle. This includes refraining from the use of alcohol, illicit drugs, and other substances that may interfere with personal well-being and recovery. A focus on physical and mental health is crucial for achieving lasting stability and success within our program. We provide support and resources to help individuals maintain sobriety and prioritize their overall wellness.

MONTHLY INCOME

 Monthly Income Requirement:

To qualify for our program, applicants must demonstrate a stable monthly income. This can include financial support from sources such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), or Veterans Benefits. These income sources are essential for ensuring that participants can meet their basic living expenses, including housing and healthcare, while benefiting from the services and support our program offers.
